Help seniors in need by packing food for free deliveries! Volunteer slots open on August 24th from 10am to 2pm. Distribution event will occur at our building on the East Side of Saint Paul. Join our amazing team that gets groceries to over 80 seniors every month! Help out once or join us every month - and both groups and individuals are welcome to sign up!
Schedule:
August 24th from 10am to 2pm
Can’t volunteer the entire time? We’d still love your help!
Tasks to choose from:
- Packing groceries into bags for individual clients
- Bringing donations down from our office into the packing room
- Sorting food
- Helping carry bags to delivery vehicles
- Assisting the delivery van driver with loading and unloading bags
- Optional: we also need 5-6 volunteers to deliver the groceries to seniors in the community
Requirements:
- Must adhere to all Covid-19 safety regulations.
