We are looking for volunteers to help us on Thursday, Aug. 29th for our Care Center Picnic. The event will go from 5:30pm- 7:00pm.
We will need help at the following times:
2:30pm -5:30pm - Set up activities, food, and event related tasks
5:00pm -5:30pm - Escort residents from care center to the event in the courtyard
5:00pm - 7:00pm - Event support such as bringing food and beverages to the residents
7:00pm - 7:30pm - Escort residents back to their rooms as well as clean up event
If you'd like to join us, please let Tisha, the volunteer director know by phone or email by Aug. 23rd.
Groups are Welcome! This is a family friendly volunteer activity, so please bring friends and family with you.
