Who We Are
PHS is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing housing choices and services to older adults aimed to promote independence, vitality, and well-being.
What We Do
Nearly 500 residents call our Bloomington campus home. We have a full continuum of care ranging from out-patient services and transitional/rehabilitation care to long-term care and memory care. We also have assisted living and independent living apartments under our roof.
We are honored to care for the seniors that live at Presbyterian Homes and Services of Bloomington. We hope to create smiles in the eyes of the people we serve --- will you help create smiles?
