Reading Partners is a national literacy tutoring nonprofit founded in 1999 that works in under-resourced elementary schools to support K-5 students who are reading one month to 2.5 years behind grade-level proficiency. In a dedicated reading center at each of our 11 Minneapolis-St. Paul partner schools, we train community volunteers to work one-on-one with students by following a structured curriculum that aligns with nationwide standards for learning.
