Join My Very Own Bed in supporting our mission by helping gather valuable feedback from families who have received beds through our organization. This opportunity gives you the chance to directly connect with families, learn about their experiences, and helps us to best understand the impact of our work.
Volunteers will be expected to:
- Call families who have received beds from MVOB by using a provided script and survey questionnaire
- Record responses and feedback accurately Communicate important insights to staff member
- Adhere to MVOB confidentiality agreements to protect any and all sensitive information
- Approach each call with dignity and respect
Volunteers must meet at our office and be trained by a staff member to call families based on the provided script and survey. No prior surveying experience is required, but you must be comfortable speaking with families over the phone. Proficiency in Spanish or Karen are greatly appreciated but not required.
