Help create the digital experience for one of America's largest conservation gatherings

About the Izaak Walton League of America (IWLA)

The Izaak Walton League of America is one of the nation's oldest and most respected conservation organizations. For more than 100 years, League members have worked to conserve, restore, and promote the sustainable use and enjoyment of our natural resources.

In July 2026, the Minnesota Division will host the IWLA National Convention in Bloomington, Minnesota, welcoming more than 300 conservation leaders, volunteers, and advocates from across the country.

The Opportunity

  • Monitor live captioning and accessibility services.
  • Coordinate with the contracted AV team regarding audio and presentation feeds.
  • Ensure sessions are properly recorded and archived.
  • Support streaming and audio access through the conference mobile application.
  • Monitor session technology and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Assist presenters and moderators with digital technology needs.
  • Help create a permanent library of convention presentations and educational content.

The recordings and digital archive you help create will extend the impact of the convention long after the event concludes.
