Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to comments, reactions, and DMs in a timely and positive manner Initiate and guide conversations that align with our mission and values Boost content reach during engagement sprints or campaign launches Track engagement trends and flag messages that need staff attention Share user-generated content, stories, and interactions with the team Ideal Skills: Strong communication and people skills Passion for community-building and advocacy Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook engagement practices Respectful and responsive communicator (especially in sensitive contexts) Available for brief “power hour” shifts weekly or during campaigns Social Media Engager
