Helping Paws is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented volunteers to assist with managing and organizing item pick-up for our Silent Auction during our annual fundraising gala.
Volunteer Responsabilities:
Once the Silent Auction closes, our volunteers will be in charge of sorting out all the items by bidder number and getting them ready for check-out at the end of the night.
1. Sort out and organize Auction Items to prepare them for guest pick-up.
2. Help handing out times to guests.
*Training will be provided before the event.
*A boxed dinner will be provided to our volunteers.
