Raise The Barr invites you to a summer celebration from The 1893 in the heart of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. We ask that you join us to honor the recent achievements of our organization, our single-parent-led families.
We are in need of 10 adult volunteers to help execute the evenings activations.
Setup (2-5pm): minimum of 4 people to setup the activation presentations, VIP seating areas, layout the linens & flowers, setup foam board displays, etc.
Check-in (5-8pm): minimum of 8 people (4 need to bring their own tablets/laptops to check-in guests), sell activations, guide guests to the VIP reception or their table as needed, provide Halftime support by distributing boas to live auction winners and track paddle numbers for the cash call, etc.
Clean-up (9-11pm): minimum of 4 people to distribute activation prizes, check-out guests (using their own laptops), setup the mini bundt cake table for departing guests, pack-up and load cars after guests leave at 10pmAttire:
Black pants and a white top, comfortable shoes
All volunteers who help out during the event will be fed and welcome to drinks.
