Event Details
Date: Saturday February 17th, 2024
Time: 8:00am - 10:00pm
Location: Uptown Theater | 2900 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55408
What to wear: Please dress accordingly for your role. Pre-event set-up/Post-event teardown we suggest wearing activewear. If your shift is during the event we require that you wear cocktail attire. Upon check-in you will be provided with a lanyard which signifies you as a volunteer. You may want to bring a personal water bottle and snacks. This venue may not be able to offer our volunteers a dedicated space to house personal items. Please plan to keep those on you or in your car. PrairieCare Fund & Uptown Theater are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
What to know: Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your shift. After parking please proceed to the theater entrance area, head to the 'Volunteer Check-In' table here, our Volunteer Coordinators will provide you with a name badge and a brief run through of your responsibilities.
