Description: As a Registration Desk Runner, you will work closely behind the registration desk to facilitate the efficient distribution of name tags to guests as they register. Your primary responsibility will involve swiftly retrieving the guests' name tags after they have registered with the volunteer at the registration desk.
Your duties will include:
- Remaining stationed behind the registration desk.
- Promptly retrieving name tags as guests register by providing their names to the registration volunteers.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient retrieval of name tags.
- Returning the correct name tags to the respective guests in a timely manner.
Your role as a Registration Desk Runner is crucial in ensuring that attendees receive their name tags promptly, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive experience of the event!
Shift Times: 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Where: St. Paul River Centre - 175 Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102
