Do you enjoy engaging people in a small group setting? Do you enjoy sharing information and have a passion for parents and families?
Join us as a Tour Ambassador with The Mother Baby Center on the Abbott Northwestern Hospital Campus.
You will create a warm, welcoming environment to small groups of up to 12 people and conduct tours of The Mother Baby Center for prospective or current families using a standardized script. Volunteers must be able to walk/stand for 1 hour and must be dependable. Shifts and tours based on volunteer availability.
Is this role for me?
You don’t need any specific experience or knowledge for this role as training will be provided, however, you will enjoy this role if:
- You have a passion for moms, babies and families
- You are interested in learning more about all that The Mother Baby Center has to offer
- You enjoy engaging with members of the public and are confident to share your knowledge with them
