Do you enjoy cooking? Do you like meeting new people and helping them with an impactful volunteer experience?
We are looking for a few lead volunteers to help with our popular Cooks in the Kitchen program. On Wednesdays each week, from 8:30am to 11:30am, a small group of volunteers cook 2 recipes at our Central Office kitchens in either White Bear Lake or Wayzata, making 80+ meals. They are then distributed to our homes that are short staffed. The lead volunteer will help set up the kitchen area, greet the volunteers, assist with cooking and help with clean up. This role would be for 3.0 hours once a month (or more often if desired.) Training will be provided. Be prepared for a happy, fun, and delicious experience! Bon Appetit!
