Black Butterfly works with community corrections agents and service partners to recruit young women struggling with the pain of addiction, violence, and instability. Potential sisters must show a willingness to change their lives and contribute to the transformational culture of Black Butterfly’s home.
The Black Butterfly home consists of a house Mother and five-ten residents. The values of this community are informed by love and respect for one another; trusting relationships, mutual accountability; and healing core hurts.
Regular assistance with light cleaning is needed. There is also a donation closet with items such as clothing, households items, and personal hygiene items that needs to be sorted and organized as donations come in.
