YouthLink's Annual Holiday Party is scheduled for Thursday, December 15 from 11 AM- 3 PM. This is one of our largest events for teens and young adults experiencing homelessness. We expect around 125 young people will attend. There will be great food, an open mic, photobooth/Santa photos, and holiday gift shop.

Covid-19 Precautions: YouthLink requires that all individuals onsite wear a mask. We have masks available for those who forget.
Background check: This opportunity requires a background check. Due to serving a vulnerable population (many of whom have been victims of crime), we screen for violent crimes and crimes against minors. Once you sign up for a shift on Sign Up Genius, the volunteer manager will send you the background check link. The report typically takes 24-48 hours to come back.
About YouthLink:
YouthLink is located in Minneapolis and provides resources to young people ages 16-24 that are experiencing homelessness. Our drop-in center provides basic needs like a hot meal, showers, laundry, clothes, and personal care items. Youth also receive help accessing housing, mental and physical health care, education and employment.
