Fraser has had our most successful fundraising year to date, and this event can help accelerate that number even more to support families across Minnesota! We are so grateful for our volunteers and are looking forward to the annual Fraser Gala Presented by US Bank on Saturday October 15th at the Hilton Minneapolis (1001 S Marquette Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403).
Merchandise Packing & Checkout
Shift Time: 6:30pm-10pm
Volunteers will work with Auction Harmony to pack each guest’s winning items. Once all items are packed, volunteers will stay to help with Guest Checkout and Item Pick Up. Volunteers will greet guests, collect signed receipts, and retrieve items.
You will check in at the Volunteer Check-In table in the Duluth Room. From the parking garage take the elevator up to the Lobby level. Walk past the hotel check-in desk into the main lobby and take the escalator or elevator up to the 3rd floor. As you exit the escalator, the Duluth Room is in front of you to the right (see floorplan in Volunteer Guide).
