Volunteers will act as a visual liaison between bidders and the live auctioneer, verify winning bid amounts, record winning bid numbers, and assist bidders (if needed) with entering donations on the Fund-a-Need tablets.
There are two main jobs during this time: spotters and recorders.
Spotters will act as a visual liaison between bidders and the live auctioneer. Spotters will make sure the auctioneer sees guests who are bidding.
Recorders will verify winning bid amounts, record winning bid numbers, and collect signatures.
If needed, both spotters and recorders will assist bidders with entering donations on the Fund-a- Need tablets.
