Calling all creatives! NE Day Spot, an in-person program for people living with memory loss and other chronic conditions, is seeking Creative Activity Volunteers of all kinds to share their artistic talents with us!
Join the Vital Living Program Team at East Side Neighborhood Services on Friday or Saturday afternoons from 12:15pm-1:00pm, as you share your craft in this socially engaging atmosphere. Whether you’re a dancer, musician, maker, author, storyteller, performer, poet, or creative artist of any kind—We’d love to incorporate your work into our gathering space. A Creative Activities Volunteer should plan to engage a group of older adults ages 65+ in all-abilities, hands-on programming that is dementia-friendly, stimulating and fun!
This event is hosted by the Vital Living Program at East Side Neighborhood Services, where we aim to engage older adults in social and intellectual community-based programming. Our work supports an intergenerational community that focuses on the health and well-being all generations.
