The Taco Tour on Lake Street is back! Enjoy a day of nonstop flavor and family fun with taste bud-tempting tacos from Lake Street’s finest taquerias, cafes, and restaurants.
Join us in proudly supporting Latinx- and immigrant-owned small businesses in the corridor.
Together as one, we’ll celebrate Lake Street’s return to greatness, munching forward with a huge appetite for more positivity, more community pride and, of course, more tacos.
Help make the event a success by encouraging attendees to participate in activities, answer questions, survey attendees, and facilitate fun like sidewalk chalk and bubbles! Stationed at one of four community lots, volunteers can choose from the 11 AM to 1:30 PM shift or 1:30 PM to 4 PM shift on September 24th.
