- Mentors will get a monthly stipend for mentoring.
- Mentors are expected to provide, create, and maintain the ‘four Es’ throughout the mentor/mentee relationship: empowering, encouraging, engaging, and equipping.
- The mentor/mentee relationship will be intentionally matched by the needs and/or preferences of the mentee..
- Each mentor will be paired with a max of two mentees for four (4) hours of direct engagement each for a total of eight (8) hours monthly.
- There will be a number of community building sessions during the year when all the mentors and mentees will gather and build relationships.
- The mentor/mentee relationships will be gender specific with a 10-year age difference.
