- Plan and organise a free legal advice clinic for our clientele.
- Call and schedule clients ahead of time (we recommend using calendly or the likes to make it easier).
- Be patient, kind, empathetic, and courteous to our clientele, who are often only semi-literate, been through all kinds of institutional trauma, and have been chronically underserved.
- Refer clients to nonprofit organisations that provide free legal services such as HOME Line, Our Locations - Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, LawHelpMN, I Need Help - Volunteer Lawyers Network, etcetera.
