Members of the Eden Prairie Community Foundation's "Capacity KSI Team" help plan, implement, and oversee the “Capacity” portion of the Strategic Plan by focusing on the recruitment, onboarding, nurturing, and retention of EPCF volunteers. Also, long-term strategies related to fundraising and fund development, including new relationships that lead to greater support from corporations, small businesses, families, and individuals. Experience in fundraising, fund development or volunteer recruitment is helpful but not required. Knowledge of Eden Prairie is necessary. Team meets monthly.
