At Avivo, in-kind donations from the community play a huge role in supporting our clients—from coloring books and crayons to snacks and household essentials.
This volunteer role is all about making sure those donations are organized, accessible, and ready to go when they’re needed most.
Why it matters:
When our space is clean, sorted, and easy to navigate, we can better see what we have—and create a more welcoming, dignified experience for clients accessing these resources. Your organization skills directly impact how people feel when they walk through the door.
What you’ll do:
- Track incoming donations
- Sort and organize items in the space
- Create and maintain an accurate inventory list
- Coordinate with program staff to get items where they’re needed
