Jurors choosing to volunteer should arrive at Mitchell Hamline School of Law at 8:00 a.m. and should enter the double doors nearest Summit Avenue where the flagpole is located.

All participants will wear a mask at all times, preferably a high filtration mask, and must show proof of vaccination at the front desk when entering the building. There will be no exceptions.

Jurors may park in the parking lot at Mitchell Hamline School of Law without a parking permit on the day they volunteer.

Signs will be posted inside Mitchell Hamline directing jurors to the appropriate room.

Mock Trial Case Synopsis: The Darngood v Landers and PUDS lawsuit arises out of a traffic accident that occurred on December 23, in the pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of Seventh Street and Smith Avenue in Nita City, Nita. The plaintiff, Helen Darngood, was struck by a Picket Up Delivery Services van driven by the defendant, Mel Landers. A negligence action has been brought by Helen Darngood against Mel Landers and Picket Up Delivery Services.

To sign up to be a volunteer juror, please email Jennifer Miller at jennifer.miller@mitchellhamline.edu.
