Thank you for writing or drawing a note of encouragement to a child battling cancer and their family! The kids who endure the unthinkable, we call them All-Stars! Pinky Swear Foundation is committed to supporting All-Stars and their families as they battle cancer by helping to ease the financial and emotional impact during a very challenging time. 

Please address letters to Pinky Swear Foundation: 5555 West 78th Street, Suite E, Edina, MN 55439.

Instructions:
• Make simple, folded 4x6 or 5x7 cards
• No beads, felt, glitter or other items
• Keep cards gender-neutral
• Can be for All-Star child or whole family
• No more than 10 cards, please
