268 Productions is hosting a benefit concert for Hopewell Music at Part Wolf in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood and has asked for some folk to run a table and potentially speak for a couple of minutes about Hopewell and its mission. Doors open at 7pm, music begins at 8pm. Volunteers interested in this opportunity ill be required to undergo a volunteer background screening and will be asked to complete the following duties:
Set up and tear down information table
Hand out brochures to event guests
Answer questions about Hopewell, its mission, its class and lesson programs, and its community initiatives
Get as many people as possible to sign up to be on the email list
Refer people asking about taking lessons to the lessons email
Hand out pencils and other small cute freebies
Report any issues or concerns to the Outreach Coordinator or on site point person
