Hopewell Music Cooperative North is a nonprofit music school based in North Minneapolis. We are hosting our annual Holiday Tea, a recital and winter-themed Northside community event featuring student performances, crafts, refreshments, and other fun winter-themed activities. Volunteers interested in this opportunity are required to undergo a volunteer background screening and will be asked to complete the following tasks:
Find people willing to donate decorations or purchase decorations (you will be reimbursed for the out-of-pocket expenses of any purchased decorations)
Get estimate of the value of decorations received
Transport decorations to Hopewell
Set up decorations during specified set-up time
Take down decorations during specified set-up time
Report and issues or concerns to Outreach Coordinator or onite staff person
