We are excited to offer our participants a bonus supply of fresh produce options! Volunteers are able to prep produce rescued from local grocery stores into the homes of our participants.
Event happens every Thursday. Volunteers can come once or on an on-going basis.
Set-Up Crew- During the first shift volunteers will sort out marginal produce and organize the produce onto display tables and carts. 1-3pm
Distribution & Clean-Up Crew- During the second shift volunteers will help to distribute food to participants, organize and re-stock the tables, and clean-up after the distribution. 2:30-5:30pm
Volunteers may sign up for both shifts resulting in a 1pm-5:30pm shift.
