Delirium Prevention Program
-Assist with acclimation, socialization and mobilization activities for patients at risk of delirium.
-Obtain new orders for enrolled patients
-Visit/provide interventions with patients enrolled in the Healthy Brain Program
-Provide cognitive stimulation to these patients via conversation, reading materials, games, other items/activities
-Promptly record essential data concerning visits through the appropriate channels
-Report any serious concerns or concerning patient behaviors to nursing staff or HBP coordinator.
-Must be 16+
