How to help:
Helpful hands at a wine tasting station, beer bar, pouring champagne, and general hosting activities for our once-a-year premier fundraiser, The Bellis Ball. We are looking for 5-8 high energy people to help engage guests at our gala event, being held Friday night, October 5th, 2018.
Who are we?
Bellis is a community of people who care about adoption and work to provide education and support in a way that uplifts, inspires and heals. Together, we dismantle outdated stigma and uplift the fact that families come together in many different and beautiful ways.
The Event:
This event is a more intimate venue, with around 200 people attending to raise funds to support our non-profit work. Our theme this year is "A Night in Italy" and will feature wine tasting, heavy appetizers, tasty dessert, silent and live auction items. Our guest speaker is Marissa Brandt. You know her (and her sister) as they both played hockey in this year’s Olympic games, Marissa for Korea and her sister Hannah for the US. She is a Minnesota native, adopted from Korea and has an amazing story of family. It is a powerful night fueled by the love that surrounds the world of adoption. Please join us!
