The A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities raises awareness about lung cancer and funds the A Breath of Hope lung cancer research program. It is one of the largest lung cancer events in the U.S. It offers patient and family support through resource tables, oncology education and for those who have lost their loved one, through the Rose Raft of Remembrance Ceremony following the walk.
This event also features a certified chip-timed 5 or 10k run, 5k walk or survivor bus tour, live music, custom t-shirts that name our loved ones (and show our unity!!), custom-designed fans with a picture of your loved one for teams that raise $250 or more, snacks, kids’ activities, and gift card prizes for top fundraisers and race finishers. All participants (including walkers) will receive a t-shirt; 10k and 5k runners will receive a technical running tank shirt and medal.
