Blankets: Cut bolts of fleece fabric into 2 yard lengths. We have a cutting mat and rotary cutter on hand, we just need someone to help us during office hours! This opportunity is limited to 1 volunteer at a time due to our 1 cutting mat available. If an additional "helper" were to join you to help you fold or count the completed blanket sets, that would be just fine. Blankets will be completed by future volunteer groups to be given to shelters, schools, and a number of nonprofits in our community.
Superhero Capes: Help prepare our upcoming events by cutting fleece and felt fabrics, cut and count ribbon, and more! This task can be accomplished by 1-3 volunteers. Capes will be created by future volunteer groups to be given to Twin Cities youth.
Dog Toys: Cut fleece into 3" strips in preparation for our upcoming Twisted Dog Toy projects! These dog toys will be donated to nonprofits that foster and support animals, train service dogs and more. This task can be accomplished by 1-2 volunteers.
