Volunteer for a week at summer camp! True Friends – Camp Friendship has a 50+ year history of providing high quality camping programs to children and adults of all abilities.

Your job is pretty simple as a volunteer - HAVE FUN! Campers look forward to coming back to camp all year long, so when they get here, it's time to play. You'll spend time supporting campers in every camp activity:
- arts & crafts,
- music,
- water carnival,
- camp dance,
- high ropes course,
- hayrides,
- pontoon rides,
- & more!
- teamwork,
- problem solving,
- empathy,
- and an understanding of diversity
- Volunteers ages 14-17 work directly with staff supporting campers in various camp activities; volunteers do not provide direct care to campers.
- We provide in-depth training and orientation, so no previous experience with the population is required, nor expected. Although an existing love for the population is always appreciated, but a willingness to learn more is as well.
- Meals and housing are provided at no cost – overnight supervision is provided by our program coordinators in the Volunteer House, separate from camper/counselor cabins.
- Students can earn 79 service learning hours for one week of service, creating wonderful ways to learn, grow, and serve the community.
- Sign up with friends & family!
We have multiple openings during the weeks of June 3-9th and June 10-16th at Camp Friendship along with many other weeks throughout the summer.
