Celebrate Community at National Night Out!
Join The Sanneh Foundation for our annual National Night Out celebration at the Conway Community Center on Tuesday, August 4, 2026!
National Night Out brings together neighbors, families, community organizations, and public safety partners for an evening of food, activities, and connection.
Volunteers help make the celebration possible by creating a fun and welcoming environment for everyone who attends. Opportunities include event set up, event support, grilling and serving food, and event tear down. Sign up for one shift or join us for multiple shifts throughout the event!
Volunteer Shifts:
Event Set Up: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Help prepare the space and get everything ready before the celebration begins.
Event Support: 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Welcome neighbors, assist with activities, and help keep the event running smoothly.
Grilling Team: 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Help prepare and serve food to community members. Grilling supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite apron. Bragging rights go to the coolest one!
Event Tear Down: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Wrap up a successful evening by helping take down event equipment, pack supplies, and clean up the event space.
