Preserve Minneapolis is recruiting new Members of the Board, including a search for a new Board Secretary. The Board Secretary is a member of the Executive Committee comprised of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. The full Board meets in person every other month for approximately 1.5 hours. Preserve Minneapolis is a group of individuals of all ages that enjoy and have a curiosity of the preservation of old buildings in Minneapolis. We're a fun group with preservation as our common thread. Board Secretary duties are keeping the minutes of the meetings, filing any certificates required for a non-profit and be the official custodian of the organization's records and attend to any correspondence to the organization.
