YWCA St Paul is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Every year, we help individuals and families in our community reach their goals and improve their quality of life by addressing community needs in four core areas: Housing & Supportive Services, Youth Development, Health & Wellness, and Employment & Economic Development.
Over the years, we have developed several archive and storage rooms that need to be cleared out so we can further our work for our communities by properly utilizing spaces. This project will include moving medium sized ('bankers') boxes with files that need to be shredded out of storage. While this project will include some lifting, we will utilize rolling carts, elevators, and supports wherever needed. This project will include some work, but we will have fun and enjoy the time together as well, and you will get to learn more about YWCA St Paul and the wonderful work we do in the community while we spend time together.
