FamilyWise's Bright Beginnings Program is hosting a Winter party for our families in this program on December 18th from 5:00-7:00pm. Volunteers are needed from 4:00-8:00pm to support our staff, but this can be flexible. Food would be provided to the volunteers. Due to these volunteers interacting directly with our families, they will need to pass a background check. This is the biggest event of the year for this program, and we need volunteer support to make it possible!
*Our main volunteer need is for a photographer to help take nice photos of families along with taking photos of the general event for FamilyWise to utilize in the future. Note: FamilyWise does not have any photography equipment
Details of event space/activities:
Santa room -we already have a volunteer Santa
Art room for crafts -art kits will be premade, we just need someone to lead it
Food & Bingo room
Separate space for family photos
4-5 Volunteers needed:
-Art room lead
-Bingo caller
-Food set up/clean up support
-Photographer
-Volunteer floater depending on event needs
