Medical Task Coordinator

Want to help fosters keep their pups and kits healthy and up to date on meds and vaccinations? The Medical Task Coordinator makes all that happen! It involves pulling a report from our database to identify upcoming medical needs, then communicating via email with foster parents to connect them with medication house volunteers on a weekly basis. This is typically done on Saturday and Sunday.Commitment will vary based on how many animals are in the system and need medical care
Every other week you will be responsible to email out the medical tasks to each foster, this would be roughly 1 hour. Monitoring email box and maintaining the database is approximately 1-3 hours every other week - no specific day but tasks must be completed each week
