Role Overview:
This volunteer will collaborate with our Employment Navigator to support clients from our Hospitality Job Training program (housekeeping, dietary aide, and customer service) in securing employment. This role includes guiding individuals through job search strategies, employment resources, and career opportunities while providing both individualized support and group guidance to job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with resume building and editing.
- Provide job search guidance, including online job application assistance.
- Conduct mock interviews and offer constructive feedback.
