TVAA is looking for passionate Board Members to bring their ideas, energy, and support our mission. Our mission is to train
unemployed and destitute young women and men in hands-on farming skills and
enable the graduates become self-employed and financially self-sufficient
MODERN farmers in rural Ethiopia.
Our immediate need is to raise funds to start construction of the school infrastructure with classes, offices, a library, cafeteria, workshops, etc. by carrying out a Capital Campaign in Minnesota.
