At Wilder, our Whole Family Approach centers the wisdom, strength, and dreams of families. Wilder is creating a new organization-wide family advisory group. We are inviting families to help build it from the ground up. This group will weave family voice into the fabric of Wilder, influencing how we serve the community. You can support this important programming by volunteering as a concierge.
Volunteer Shift: June 24 from 4:15-7:30pm
Details:
- Ensure a smooth check-in & checkout process for event participants by helping with greeting and directing. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of the event and providing a welcoming experience for attendees.
- Flexibility is key in this role as you may help support facilitators, help with food clean up, or help guests connect with their Lyft rides.
- Open to volunteers age 18 and up.
- You can sign up to volunteer for one or multiple shifts.
- We're seeking volunteers with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High self-awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a variety of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to keep confidentiality.
- Patience and flexibility.
- Ability to follow directions from staff leads onsite.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
