We host groups of 6-10 for 2-hour hour shifts and can expand on Wednesdays to two shifts for a total of 20 spots. Shifts are held on Wednesdays 10 AM - 12 PM and 1 - 3 PM and Fridays 10 AM - 12 PM.
Dress for Success Twin Cities assists
women ages 18 plus with career advancement services including coaching,
classes, and professional clothing. We are part of a worldwide
organization with locations in over 20 countries and 100 cities. Last year we
assisted nearly 1,000 women across the State of Minnesota with career
development services and provided over 620 Confidence Kits (clothing packages).
It’s not just a warehouse. Our collection of professional women’s clothing and accessories is so epic we have a Wearhouse™! Depending on program needs, these volunteers may sort, inspect, hang, organize, display, and otherwise process and care for our stock. Volunteers can expect to be standing most of the time if able, and some tasks may require general facility cleaning, light lifting, bending, pushing carts, and reaching.
