Event Coordinator | Pawsitivity Squad Position Description
The Event Coordinator and Pawsitivity Squad is responsible for helping coordinate and lead community, adoption, and fundraising events for Pet Haven. Estimated Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week Responsibilities Review volunteer applications for initial eligibility Age Public Records Search Location Position Interest Communicate appropriately to applications we are not moving forward with Provide appropriate information for applicants interested in office and events volunteering Pass off any applicants interested in specific roles to the Volunteer and Events Manager after a phone screening Reports to: Volunteer Manager Goals: Improve the timeliness of communication for applicants Increase Volunteer Recruitment Increase Capacity for Volunteer and Events Manager
