Who we are
Pet Haven is Minnesota's oldest foster-based animal rescue -- we've been in operation since 1952. We rescue and re-home dogs and cats, spay and neuter every animal that comes into our care to reduce overpopulation, promote companion animal welfare and advocate on behalf of companion animals.

- Find quality homes for each animal in our care
- Encourage responsible companion animal guardianship in our community
- Advance the value of companion animals in our society
- Eliminate the need to euthanize dogs and cats as a means of population control through advocacy and support for spay and neuter procedures
