About Us
The Minnesota Valley Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is a 100% volunteer-run community of conservationists, creatives, and nature lovers. We steward native acreage along the Minnesota River and run programs like the nationally recognized Green Crew youth leadership initiative, the Kouba Gallery, and the Young IKE podcast. Together, we protect nature, build community, and have fun doing it.
The Opportunity
Are you organized and like making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Volunteer Scheduling Assistant to help coordinate sign-ups for events and ensure project days have the right number of volunteers.
What You’ll Do

Maintain online sign-up forms for volunteer days.

Confirm attendance and send reminders to participants.

Work with project leaders to make sure teams are full and ready.
What We’re Looking For

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using spreadsheets or forms.

Friendly communicator who enjoys logistics.

About 2–4 hours per month, remote and flexible.
