Partnership In Property Commercial Land Trust (PIPCLT) is hosting a fundraiser event, "Seeding Prosperity," on Thursday April 11th. This event aims to raise funds for the organization to help drive its mission to support BIPOC business owner gain access to affordable commercial real estate ownership.
The event will be at Mosaic Venue in downtown Minneapolis, 817 S 5th Ave Ste 300. Support is needed before, during, and near the end of the event, so hours and times will be different depending on the role. The roles that need to be filled are below:
- Pre-Event Set Up
- 12-4pm
- 5 available spots
- Be available to help set up the event including signage, decor, additional materials, etc.
- Greeter/Spotter
- Overall 5pm-8:30pm
- 4 available spots
- 5-6:30pm - Welcome people to the event and offer directions as needed
- 6:30-6:45pm - Usher guests to seats
- 6:45-7:00pm - Quick training for Spotter
- 7-7:15pm Break
- 7:30-8:30pm - Spotter: During the fundraising portion of the program, you will be standing in various areas around the room and altering our auctioneer's attention to anyone with their hand in the air
- Registration/Recorder
- Overall 4:30-8:30pm

- 4:30-5pm - ClickBid Training
- 5-6:30pm - Registration table: ensure guests are registered for the event and offer assistance, as needed
- 6:30-6:45pm - Usher guests to seats
- 6:45-7:00pm - Quick training for Recorder
- 7-7:15pm Break
- 7:30-8:30pm - Recorder: during the fundraising portion of the program, you will have a clipboard and be writing down bidders' numbers as they are called out by our auctioneer
