Who We Are
Our Mission at PIPCLT is to (re)develop and preserve long-term affordable commercial spaces through community-driven ownership of land. Established in 2017 and based in North Minneapolis, Partnership in Property Commercial Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that acquires commercial real estate and holds them "in trust" indefinitely, ensuring the land always remains affordable for BIPOC business owners.
What We Do
PIPCLT is also dedicated to the growth of community by providing workshops, technical assistance, resources, networks, and other educational tools to support BIPOC business owners on their journey to commercial real estate ownership.
