Volunteers are invited to spark students interest in STEM at our August 5th STEM Saturday about Electricity! This event will take place at the historic Capri Theater in North Minneapolis from 11 am-1:30 pm. Volunteers will arrive before the event begins at 11am to be trained on their assigned role.
To volunteer for this event, you must sign up using POINT here. A free event t-shirt and lunch will be provided to volunteers and youth participants.
Volunteers will receive additional information on their role and these activities about 1 week before the event. All Volunteers will receive day-of-event training before they are expected to fulfill their role.
5 current college students are eligible for a stipend for their time. Stipends are given out on a first come-first serve basis. Students must attend their volunteer shift to receive this stipend.
