CHATFEST 2018 is the 15th annual arts and talent festival organized by CHAT.
CHATFEST has moved from Frogtown to East Side St. Paul and celebrates the arts and talents of the community. Hmong, African American, Somali, Latino, Lao among other communities all come together to celebrate and compete in song, dance, volleyball and other sports!
The one-day event has transformed to a two-day event in East Side St. Paul.
