The Ramsey County library in Roseville is hosting an Assistive Technology Fair on Saturday, May 12th and is looking for volunteers to help exhibitors. If you’re interested in helping, let me know which time works best for you. Partial shifts may also be available if you cannot commit to a whole 3 hours.
2 volunteers 10 – 1:00 3 hours - to assist with set-ups and to spell exhibitors
2 volunteers 1:00 – 4 3 hours - to spell exhibitors; to assist with packing up and reloading
Along the lines of GPS tracking technology, smart home devices, and the newest wheelchairs, come see samples and demonstrations of the technologies available for people of all ages and abilities. This event features the Augustana Learning Lab, the Minnesota STAR Assistive Technology program, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and more.
